Livjægergade 17

Copenhagen Ø

The property was formerly a glass factory and warehouse building, which was redeveloped into offices and showroom facilities in the rear building and luxury residential apartments in the front building.

The industrial character of the property was preserved, most visibly expressed in the distinctive large, multi-pane glazed façades.

The project was the first New York–inspired development of its kind undertaken by Oskar and served as the starting point for a number of subsequent projects of a similar nature.
