The property, formerly home to the cooperative dairy company “Mælkeriet Enigheden,” was acquired in 2006 in a somewhat dilapidated condition.

Due to its previous use as a dairy, the building featured a number of distinctive and unique architectural characteristics, which were integrated into the development process and, in some cases, even enhanced.

The spirit of the former dairy facilities still permeates the building through the white tiles from the production halls, which were preserved both internally and externally, thereby creating a strong and coherent architectural narrative throughout the property.
