The project comprised a conversion and comprehensive renovation of the former Tuborg brewery on Strandvejen in Hellerup, as well as the construction of a smaller, modern extension.

Although the brewery had been vacant for several years and was therefore in a dilapidated condition, the property offered a wealth of distinctive architectural potential that simply required the right development approach.

From a very early stage in the process, Dampskibsselskabet Norden expressed interest in the project. The final result is truly picture-worthy and clearly demonstrates how a respectful transformation of an existing building can become something entirely unique.
